Kaizen Fitness provides fitness tracking tools and optional AI suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have health concerns or injuries.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
User content and responsibility
You control the workout data, notes, and other content you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for ensuring that you do not upload or share anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We do not review every entry, so you must use judgment and follow safe training practices.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Do not disrupt or overload the service or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions, when offered, provide premium access such as ad removal or managed AI features. Billing terms are presented at purchase. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider, and refund requests are handled according to their policies.
Advertising
The web experience may include ads for standard users. Ads are not displayed in the native mobile app, and premium accounts may not see ads. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Kaizen Fitness and its content, design, and software are owned by Kaizen Fitness or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Kaizen Fitness disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
